This aromatic taiga herb is traditionally used by local people in Siberia for better sleep. They both use it as a herbal tea and add dried marjoram leaves to a pillow filler. Interestingly enough that in Siberian taiga wild marjoram often grows together with St. John's wort – another potent herbal sleep aid.
Recommended use
